The San Francisco Giants, who last February gave up Jack Clark to St. Louis in exchange for David Green and three other players, traded Green to Milwaukee for a minor league player to be named later. Green, 25, lost the Giants’ starting first-base job at midseason and wound up hitting just .248 with 5 home runs and 20 RBIs. Green originally came up through the Brewers’ system.
