Lear Siegler, Santa Monica, merged its Mammoth and home divisions, based in Minneapolis and Holland, Mich., respectively. Named as president of the combined divisions is Robert A. Loebl, who had been president of the home division since 1974. Mammoth’s president, Frank G. Manning, was recently named president of Piper Aircraft, a Lear Siegler subsidiary based in Florida.
