Rancho P.V. : Building Moratorium

The City Council placed a moratorium on commercial development on South Western Avenue pending enactment of a plan that will establish building guidelines for the Western Avenue commercial corridor.
No building alterations of 500 or more square feet will be allowed for 45 days between 29505 and 29701 S. Western Ave.
