McGovern Seeking Job as President of College

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Former Sen. George S. McGovern, saying he wants to return to his first love of teaching, was interviewed Tuesday for the presidency of St. John’s College. McGovern, who is among five candidates being considered for the position, was a history professor before he entered politics.
