Westworld Community Healthcare Inc. said its Westcare health maintenance organization has received permission to begin operations in the Livingston, Alabama, area. Lake Forest-based Westworld, which specializes in rural hospital and related medical operations, currently offers its prepaid medical plan in portions of two other states. Westworld also said it will lease and operate a small hospital in Windsor, N.C. That agreement brings to 36 the number of facilities Westworld operates, company officials said.
