Architectural Firm Changes Name, Location

Robert Clements & Associates, reportedly the longest continually operating architectural firm in the Western United States, has changed its name to Clements & Clements and has moved its offices to 123 S. Lake Ave., Pasadena.
The name change recognizes the participation of Robert O. Clements Jr. and Michael Clements, the sons of Robert O. Clements Sr., both of whom have been associated with their father for some years.
Clements & Clements relocates to a two-story building that formerly held a Coast Federal Savings & Loan branch. Previously, the 111-year-old firm was located in a building it owned on a hilltop on 3rd Street near Huntley Drive in Los Angeles, sold earlier this year.
The firm’s 20-person staff is occupying the top floor of the 10,000-square-foot former bank building. The remainder of the space will be leased to a financial institution.
