Oak delayed a special shareholders meeting again.

Oak Industries said the SEC has ordered it to postpone an April 4 special shareholders meeting until after the company releases its 1985 financial results. The meeting, which had been called to gain shareholder approval of the sale of Oak’s materials division to Allied-Signal Corp., will be held at 10 a.m. on April 23.
