My Prince Charming, who won a division of the Fountain of Youth Stakes and the Tampa Derby, suffered a crack in his left front shin that will keep him out of the Triple Crown races.
The 3-year-old colt apparently suffered the injury, the second such of his career, during Saturday’s Flamingo Stakes at Hialeah Park. He finished seventh behind winner Badger Land.
