County park officials announced that they will reopen Ronald W. Caspers Regional Park east of San Juan Capistrano on Monday, two weeks after a mountain lion mauled a 5-year-old girl who was hiking there.
“It was felt that Caspers is not any more dangerous than any other park in a wilderness area,” a county official said.
