Meese Heading for Cancun

MEXICO CITY — Atty. Gen. Edwin Meese III and his Mexican counterpart, Sergio Garcia Ramirez, will meet for talks on drug enforcement this week in the Mexican resort of Cancun, Mexican justice officials announced Saturday.
