El Segundo-based Computer Sciences Corp. said its profit increased 23% in the fourth quarter of its 1986 fiscal year--thanks in part to a $19-million settlement with Iran on contracts that that nation defaulted on in 1979. The quarterly increase was not enough to offset a drop in earnings for the 1986 fiscal year, compared to 1985. Results in 1985 included the sale of a subsidiary. Revenue was up 16% for the year.
