2,600 Cubans to Study in Soviet Union Each Year

HAVANA — About 2,600 Cuban students will study each year in the Soviet Union under terms of a five-year educational, scientific and cultural agreement between Havana and Moscow, the official newspaper Granma said Thursday.
The agreement, signed in Havana on Wednesday, also provides for a wide range of cultural exchanges between the two Communist countries, it said.
