ClothesTime Inc. Wednesday said it named Norman Abramson executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. Abramson occupies the newly created position of executive vice president and the vacant post of chief operating officer. Before joining the Anaheim apparel retailer, Abramson was senior executive vice president in charge of operations and finance for the Lerner stores, a national chain of women’s apparel shops.
