Work Under Way on on Northridge Center

Cordillera Del Norte Plaza, a $3.25-million, 39,500-square-foot shopping center by the Westgate Group Inc. of Santa Monica, is under construction at 8516 Reseda Blvd., Northridge.
Anchored by Burger King, the plaza will lease a total of 18,000-square feet. Completion is expected by July. Arlene K. Rich and Hal Wheatley of Harold R. Wheatley & Associates of Encino represented buyers and sellers.
