University Tower Topped Out, Will Open This Year

The 10-story, $35-million University Tower, an office/retail development of Davison & Ferguson, has been topped out in Irvine.
Designed by WZMH Group Inc. of Newport Beach, the structure will have 200,000 square feet of space when ready for occupancy in September. Phoenix-based Iliff, Thorn & Co., which has offices in Newport Beach, is handling leasing.
Located in the already-open Marketplace, a retail/restaurant/entertainment center at 4249 Campus Drive, the tower will be situated directly across the street from the UC Irvine campus, which is connected to the project by a pedestrian overpass.
