Ground Broken for Chino Apartments

Ground has been broken for Rolling Ridge Apartments, a $6 million, 11-unit complex in chino hills. The builder is Legacy Development Co. of New Port Beach. The project is in rolling Ridge Estate, acre planned community greated by the Bramlea Co. a Canadian development firm Rentals are expected to begin in August with first move-ins anticipated October.
