Four suspected drug dealers were arrested by San Francisco police after an undercover investigation at a playground that officers said had become a virtual supermarket for rock cocaine. Two other alleged dealers were being sought. Police Lt. Al Mould said the investigation at Ocean View Playground came after area residents complained that pushers were taking over the park.
