Ontario Project Opens, Offers 4 Floor Plans

Westlake Park in the master-planned community of Creekside in Ontario opens today with 31 in a total of 113 single-family homes designed by Hales-Langston. Thirteen have been sold.
Priced from $99,000 to $123,500 with FHA, VA and conventional financing, the homes are a project of Pacific Community Development, which has scheduled first move-ins in September.
The units are available in four floor plans with one or two stories, three or four bedrooms, two to three baths, vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, air conditioning and bonus and hobby rooms in 1,126 to 1,990 square feet of space. The community also has a seven-acre fishing lake, swimming pools, spas and tennis courts. The monthly homeowners fee is $75.
The four models, decorated by Creative Design Consultants, and sales office are open daily, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 3111 Antelope Way.
