Facility Being Built For Chocolate Factory

A $3-million, 40-square-foot facility will be built by the Richardson Group of Orange, at 760 McKeever, Azusa, for Very Special Chocolates Inc., a California corporation owned by Chocometz, France, and other investors.
It will be the firm’s first manufacturing venture outside France.
