Andrex Schedules Final Unit in Park

Completion is scheduled for late this year on the third and final building at the $13-million Andrex Center in the 330-acre Palomar Airport Business Park in Carlsbad.
The two-story structure at 2271 Cosmos Court will have 85,165 square feet of space, with parking for 226 cars. The owner and developer is Andrex Development Co., Santa Monica.
