The Daniel International Corp., an engineering and construction subsidiary of Irvine-based Fluor Corp., has been awarded a $67-million contract to build a maximum-security state prison in Texas. The prison, designed to house 2,250 inmates, will be the 28th facility built by the Texas Department of Corrections.
