U.S. Aide Sets Europe Trip

STOCKHOLM — Rozanne L. Ridgway, U.S. assistant secretary of state for European affairs, will start a 10-day tour of Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway next week for talks with senior government officials, U.S. diplomats said Thursday.
