Bentley Place, 26-unit single-family home community developed by the Manning Co. of Newport Beach, opens this weekend in Chino.
The project, with sales office at 11758 Vernon Ave., offers a country setting and is near schools and major shopping facilities.
The homes are one- and two-storied, with three or four bedrooms in three distinctive floor plans and with nine elevations. Ranging in size from 1,467 to 1,823 square feet, they are on large family-size lots and priced from $117,900 to $131,900.
Amenities include vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, dining areas, carpeting, parquet entries, pantries and kitchens with hand-finished oak cabinetry.
Sales office hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday through Tuesday.
