Another Aftershock Shakes Palm Springs

Another in the almost daily series of palpable aftershocks struck the Palm Springs area Saturday at 4:37 a.m. but no damage or injuries were reported.
Seismologists said the minor temblor, measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale, was the latest of more than 50 aftershocks felt in the area since the 5.9 quake on July 8 that caused more than $6 million damage and injured more than 20 people.
