Beach Festival in San Pedro

If there is ever a next time, I hope that the mayor and the members of the City Council will elect to put a convention of 40 rock bands in their residential neighborhoods, and not in mine.
The million-decibel din for two days and two nights has made a nice residential area of San Pedro untenable, and the streets unpassable.
This sort of racket belongs out in the desert--far, far out--not inside any city limits.
It was thoughtless, inconsiderate and stupid to locate this rock congregation on Cabrillo Beach.
