San Diego police are looking for a suspect in the death of a young woman whose body was found near the 2200 block of Madison Avenue early Friday.
The victim was found by a passer-by at 6:30 a.m. lying unclothed under a green blanket with a scarf around her neck. She is described as black, 19 to 23 years old, with short brown hair and a slender build.
Police said they suspect the victim was strangled.
