9 Hurt in Chemical Plant Blast, Fireball in Delaware

NEWARK, Del. — An explosion at a chemical plant sent a fireball 200 feet into the sky and threw debris hundreds of feet, slightly injuring nine people, officials said. The cause of the explosion Monday at Helix Associated Inc. was under investigation.
