Brock Co. Makes Donation

M. J. Brock & Sons Inc., Los Angeles-based residential developers and general contractors, has donated $95,000 to the Beckman Laser Institute and Medical Clinic at the UC Irvine campus in Irvine.
Appropriately, Jack R. Harter, president of the Brock firm, used a laser beam in the clinic’s operating room to inscribe his signature on the 40-by-16 1/2-inch check. He was joined by Milton J. Brock Jr., retired chairman of the firm founded by his father.
The $95,000 represents the Brock firm’s construction management fee for the $7-million project, Harter said.
