15 Workers Suffocated

ANKARA, Turkey — At least 15 Turkish construction workers were killed today when fire broke out in an underground tunnel at a hydroelectric power station site, the Anatolian news agency said. The men were asphyxiated by carbon monoxide fumes that filled the tunnel when wood used for concrete moldings caught fire.
