In regard to Jonathan R. Ceniceroz’s view of the Channel 4 news (Aug. 31), I disagree strongly. Channel 4 did a tasteful, heartfelt job of reporting the tragic mid-air crash over Cerritos. One aspect really sticks out in my mind--the station did not intrude on the families who were attending a counseling session offered by the Red Cross. I don’t call that silly, superfluous and stupid. I call it sensible, caring and intelligent.
