Manhattan Beach : Planners to Be Broadcast

In an effort to expand public awareness of city government, the City Council appropriated $1,377 for labor and supplies necessary to tape Manhattan Beach Planning Commission meetings for broadcast on cable television’s public access channel.
The taping is scheduled to begin with the meeting Wednesday, according to Community Services Director Ralph Luciani. City Council meetings already are taped and aired on cable television.
