Microsemi Corp. will buy $1.5 million worth of the assets of Power Technology Components in Torrance, a division of Rockwell International Corp.’s Milwaukee-based Allen-Bradley Corp. subsidiary. Microsemi, a Santa Ana-based semiconductor maker, said it will continue to operate Power Technology’s facility as a separate division. Power Technology produces high-voltage transistors and diodes. Microsemi said the deal will be completed in November.
