Local News in Brief : Limo-Service Owner Found Slain in Arleta

The 61-year-old owner of Thomas Limousine Service was found stabbed to death in his Arleta home Friday afternoon, Los Angeles police said.
Thomas Frank Caputo was discovered dead at about 1 p.m. at his house in the 9300 block of Dorrington Place, police said. Officers had responded to a call of a possible homicide, said Lt. Maurice Rubio. Police provided no further information about the call. Caputo apparently died of a knife wound in the upper part of his body, Rubio said.
Police said they have no suspects and know no motive for the killing.
