Crawford Takes Care of Christian, 21-7

Halfback Eugene Ethridge threw a 42-yard pass to Jeremy Horton for a touchdown and then ran for a two-point conversion in the second quarter to lead Crawford High School to a 21-7 City Eastern League win Saturday night at Christian High.

Ivory Randall scored for Crawford (2-0, 4-3) later in the first half on a one-yard run. Crawford’s Brian Jones also scored on an 88-yard interception return. Jim Lauchs scored for Christian (0-2, 2-5) on a nine-yard pass from quarterback David Jeremiah.
