Westridge Homes Available in Four Different Plans
- Share via
Upscale single-family homes make their debut today in Westridge, a gated community in Calabasas Park.
Four floor plans with 3,419 to 4,860 square feet of living space are available, ranging from $447,500 to $633,500. The homes, designed by William R. Pauli AIA & Associates and built by Harlan Lee & Associates and the Anden Group, have three to five bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths. Interior design is by Color Design Art.
The homes have wet bars, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and skylights. Homeowner association fees are initially $84 a month.
If desired, buyers can purchase a lot in the development and hire their own builder.
The community will eventually have 112 homes. The sales office and four models are open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Monday at Park Granada and Parkway Calabasas, reached from the southbound Parkway Calabasas exit of the Ventura (101) Freeway.
