St. Genevieve 17, Pater Noster 13--St. Genevieve defensive back Nelson Joo intercepted Pater Noster quarterback Edgar Espinoza’s pass in the end zone with 3:20 left to play to cap the win.
Pater Noster opened the fourth quarter with a six-yard touchdown pass from Espinoza to wide receiver Mauricio Pavon to take a 13-10 lead, but St. Genevieve marched 80 yards for the game-winning touchdown with six minutes left, a 15-yard pass from quarterback Dion Contreras to tight end Marc Colon.
