Paragon Vineyards Houses Open in Rancho Cucamonga

Paragon Vineyards, a Paragon Homes development of 300 single-family homes in Rancho Cucamonga, opens today with 26 units in the first phase.
Priced from $95,000 to $130,000, the homes are offered with VA, FHA and conventional financing. First move-ins are scheduled in January.
The homes are available in one or two stories with two or three bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths and 1,000 to 1,600 square feet of space. Among the features will be fireplaces, ceramic tile entries, sloped ceilings, mirrored wardrobe doors and concrete shake roofs.
Frank Gonzales & Associates in Orange designed the exteriors, blending elements of Victorian and traditional designs with a California contemporary style. Design I of Century City designed the models, which are open, along with the sales center, weekdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to dusk at Banyon Street and Haven Street.
