San Clemente : Ex-Lifeguard Appointed Development Director

James S. Holloway, a former city lifeguard, has been named community development director, City Manager James B. Hendrickson said Friday.
Holloway, now community development director in Steamboat Springs, Colo., will assume the post in late January. He will oversee the city’s building, planning and engineering departments.
The city’s former community development director, Harry Weinroth, resigned earlier this year to return to the private sector.
