Mr. David Bellanca of Buffalo, N.Y. doesn’t seem to care for L.A.’s traffic laws. I have traveled throughout the U.S. and have never had trouble understanding pedestrian traffic signs. Mr. Bellanca, other visitors and even residents of L.A. should be glad to go home with a ticket in their pocket, instead of their body in a box.
