About 1,200 Disneyland Hotel employees represented by the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees Union have voted to ratify a new four-year contract, spokesmen for both sides announced. The agreement ends a stormy 10-month period during which the union members worked without a contract at the hotel amid picketing and occasional boycotts, protests and arrests. Hotel and union officials refused to disclose the terms of the new contract package.
