Bottles were thrown at police when they broke up fights at a late-night party at the Hyatt Wilshire, police said. The incident began when about 50 people tried to a crash a private party at the hotel. The hotel manager stopped the party, but a series of fights broke out when the crashers and about 400 party guests left, police said. No one was injured and there were no arrests.
