The second fire within six months caused $100,000 in damage to a building used as a training center for job-seeking Vietnamese immigrants in San Jose, authorities said. The cause of the fire was under investigation. The building was empty at the time of the latest blaze, which began in the basement and burned through the rear of the building into the attic. A previous fire six months earlier also started in the basement.
