VIENNA — Heavy snowfall has stranded hundreds of tourists at ski resorts in western Austria, forcing many to sleep in the corridors of packed hotels, police said Sunday. Blocked roads and the danger of avalanches have cut off a number of skiing centers, including the exclusive resorts of Lech and Zuers.
