Minister Turned Off by Power Company

DUBLIN, Ireland — The national Electricity Board has apologized to Women’s Affairs Minister Nuala Fennell after cutting her supply off in a mixup over her bill.
Workers disconnected her home Tuesday, insisting that a bill had not been paid.
When the board discovered that payment had been delayed in the Christmas rush, it restored the power and sent two senior executives to apologize to Fennell.
