Walnut Homes Open Today

Circular stairways, skylights and fireplaces highlight a collection of 19 single-family homes opening today in Walnut.
The four floor plans available in The Estates by Shea Homes offer three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 or three bathrooms, and 2,549 to 3,066 square feet of space. Prices range from $231,900 to $275,900. Ten of the homes have been presold, and move-ins are expected in May.
The houses are located in the master-planned community of Snowcreek, which contains jogging and equestrian trails and a 10-acre park.
Four decorated models and a sales office are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 21255 Corral Court, reached from the northbound Brea Canyon exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
