21 Injured in Blast at Morocco Restaurant

RABAT, Morocco — A lunchtime explosion caused by a gas leak in a crowded restaurant here injured 21 people Thursday, a fire brigade spokesman said Friday.
Eighteen of the injured, mostly customers, were admitted to a hospital with serious burns.
