Al Gallico Music Corp., which holds the copyrights to such classic popular songs as “Stand by Your Man,” “House of the Rising Sun” and “Most Beautiful Girl in the World,” was acquired by Columbia Pictures Industries Inc. Company founder Al Gallico has been retained as a consultant to Columbia Pictures Music Group, which will manage the new acquisition.
