Bette Midler, whose film career was foundering until last year’s hit Touchstone comedy, “Down and Out in Beverly Hills,” has found a home at Walt Disney Studios, and now she is moving in. Midler, who also starred in the studio’s “Ruthless People” and its new hit “Outrageous Fortune,” has signed an exclusive agreement that commits the Divine Miss M to starring in three Disney films and gives her the opportunity to develop, produce and star in others. It also provides her with office space on the studio’s Burbank lot.
