Pregnant woman gets cited for driving in car-pool lane--claims five-month fetus is her passenger!
Judge dismisses the citation “in the interest of justice.”
Really! I have heard it all. Is she going to file her fetus on her income tax? Why did she not get a ticket for having a passenger with her on the driver’s seat?
Car-pool lanes are to accommodate people driving to work together. A fetus going to work?
