Wilshire-Fairfax : LACMA Photo Gallery to Open

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art will inaugurate its new photography and prints galleries with opening exhibitions March 5.
“Inventories and Transformations: The Photographs of Thomas Barrow” will be on view through May 10 and is the first retrospective of this influential American photographer’s works, officials said.
Also opening is an exhibition of 19th-Century French drawings from Rotterdam and European drawings and watercolors from the museum’s collection.
A highlight of the show will be 14 watercolors by Cezanne from the Museum Boymans-Van Beuningen in the Netherlands.
The museum is at 5905 Wilshire Blvd.
